Installing a solar PV system offers two types of benefits; economic and environmental.
Economic
Electricity prices are rising significantly each year, and with government lead pricing on carbon emissions being introduced, these rises are only set to increase. A rooftop solar system gives you a level of independence from your electricity retailer and supplier. Government rebates and financial incentives for solar are still available and make solar an even better investment opportunity. Ask your Newkirk Solar consultant for more details on current financial incentives in place, or visit our “Government and Industry Links” page for more details.
Environmental
Solar PV helps to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide being sent into our atmosphere from fossil fuel generated power plants. According to Victoria’s Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), for each kWh used in the state, 1.22kg of carbon are emitted into the atmosphere. As part of our quotation service Newkirk Solar provides you with a chart showing how many kWh of electricity you can expect to produce from your installation on average each day for each month of the year, see example chart below.

Newkirk Solar delivers a wide range of solar kits to solar installers that give you more options to offer customers, with less work designing systems and doing admin.
